Ball-E Roadmap
Ball-E Roadmap
Our development follows a phased approach, progressively expanding Ball-E's capabilities and integration:
Phase 1: Foundation & Core Automation (Present - Q4 2025)
Focus: Secure integration with core data sources (calendar, email, contacts). Development of foundational agents: Scheduling & Calendar Agent, Basic Communication Agent.
Capabilities: Intelligent meeting scheduling, email summarization and drafting assistance, basic task reminders based on communication context.
User Group: Alpha/Beta release focused on early adopters (founders, executives) providing high-frequency feedback.
Technology: Refining the Personalization Engine, Memory System, and basic Agent Orchestration. Establishing robust security and privacy protocols.
Phase 2: Expanding Capabilities & Intelligence (Q1 2026 - Q3 2026)
Focus: Launching and refining key life-management agents: Travel Agent, Finance Agent (initially focused on tracking/reporting), Learning & Research Agent. Deeper integration with project management and financial tools.
Capabilities: End-to-end travel planning and booking, comprehensive expense tracking and budget management, personalized information gathering and synthesis, proactive suggestions based on calendar events and communication.
Milestones: Wider Beta release. Potential Token Generation Event (TGE) to incentivize ecosystem participation, reward data contributions (securely and anonymously where appropriate), and potentially enable premium features or decentralized governance aspects. Introduction of more sophisticated inter-agent collaboration.
Phase 3: Towards Personalized General Capability Agent (Q4 2026 and beyond)
Focus: Achieving near-seamless integration across all major aspects of a user's digital and operational life. Launching the Career Agent and enhancing existing agents with greater autonomy and proactivity. Exploring integrations with smart home devices, health trackers, and other personal data streams.
Capabilities: Ball-E acts as a true proactive assistant, anticipating needs across domains (e.g., "Your upcoming trip to London coincides with a relevant conference; shall I register you and adjust your schedule?"). It handles complex multi-step planning (e.g., planning a family vacation considering school schedules, budget, and preferences). Manages job applications end-to-end. Offers deeply personalized learning pathways.
Goal: Delivering on the promise of a "Personalized General Capability Agent" – an AI that deeply understands the user and can manage or assist with the vast majority of their digital and operational tasks, significantly amplifying their effectiveness and freeing up substantial time. This lays the groundwork for a future personal AGI.
